Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our Maternal Child Float Nurse floats between Mother Baby, NICU, and Peds and is trained in all 3 units.

About the Job:

Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues. As a Registered Nurse at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

• Implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Provide high-quality patient care and promote a positive work environment.
• Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
