Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based position. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment and make a positive impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and industry standards.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique requirements of each student, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school staff.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders, utilizing a range of techniques and strategies to promote progress and achievement.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement strategies that support student progress and achievement, ensuring a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Washington.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a school setting is an asset, with a strong understanding of educational policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
