We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Microtransit Driver to join our team at Keolis North America LLC. As a Microtransit Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers in a 6-passenger van, adhering to all regulations and company policies.

• Operate a 6-passenger van safely and efficiently, following designated routes and schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
• Conduct vehicle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any issues or concerns to the dispatch office.
• Follow fare collection procedures and ensure accurate completion of all reports.
• Adhere to all regulations related to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provide assistance to passengers as needed.

• Current valid driver's license (Class C).
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
