Role Overview

This role involves managing relationships with clients, cross-selling insurance products, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic account management, focusing on retention and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and execute business plans that meet client needs.
  • Providing timely and effective communication to clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Working closely with underwriters to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewal processes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an independent broker or in a similar leadership position within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Familiarity with standard and preferred clients, including their unique needs and requirements.
  • Experience working in a service-only capacity with no sales responsibilities or commissions.

Benefits

Our client offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.
