Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual Foster Care Social Worker to join our team. This is a part-time/full-time position requiring flexible work hours, including on-call duties for emergency situations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of foster family agency case management experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client case management, home inspections, documentation, and creating/implementing treatment plans. They will also work closely with foster parents to ensure the safety and well-being of children in their care. Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential, as is computer literacy.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
