Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at stayAPT Suites Chattanooga. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning duties, including making beds, washing sheets, mopping, dusting, and ironing, to ensure our hotel rooms meet our high standards.
  • Guest Services: Answer general questions from guests, provide assistance with room amenities, and ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document rooms cleaned, report lost and found items, and notify management of any damage or repairs needed.
  • Common Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of common spaces, including hallways, public restrooms, and the hotel lobby.
Requirements
  • Cleaning Techniques and Products: Possess a strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products, including their safe use and application.
  • Work Ethic and Organization: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent, and over 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper.
