Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and efficient hospital operations
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on post-operative care and recovery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- Current state nursing license or permit to practice nursing in the State of Texas
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS certification within 3 months of hire
- PALS certification preferred
