About the Position

Dreamer Wellness Center is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children and adults in a creative and self-directed environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain positive and trusting relationships with clients.
  • Meet with clients regularly to provide therapy and maintain thorough case notes of client meetings and progress.
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in social work, counseling, or related field.
  • License in the field.
  • Must pass a background check.
Work Environment

The position will be based at Dreamer Wellness Center, a 38-acre horse farm providing experiential therapies including equine-assisted therapy, art, and social skills. The center is located in Mequon and operates Monday through Friday, 8 am-8 pm.
