Concrete Finisher Technician

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher Technician to join our team at IOC Company LLC, a leading construction company in south Texas. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for building forms to plan specifications, setting forms on-line and grade, and ensuring proper safe use of power tools.

This is a full-time position that requires strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. You must be able to wear personal protective equipment at all times and lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. If you have prior experience with self-perform concrete work in commercial, civil, or marine environments and are proficient in blueprint reading and layout, we encourage you to apply.

• Build forms to plan specifications
• Set forms on-line and grade
• Understand proper safe use of power tools
• Concrete placement and finishing within plan specifications
• Able to follow instructions and assist with concrete placement and finishing
• General site cleanup and adhering to safety policies and procedures

• Prior experience with self-perform concrete work in commercial, civil, or marine environments
• Proficient in blueprint reading and layout
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
• Able to wear personal protective equipment at all times

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
