We operate one of the largest fleets of road-ready hydraulic cranes in the region and are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Specialist to join our team in Spring Hope, NC.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

This role involves:

  • Servicing, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines of heavy equipment and cranes.
  • Working closely with our team to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Meeting physical requirements, including standing, walking, lifting, and working in confined spaces.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in servicing, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines.
  • HS Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety

Bonus Skills:

  • Clean Driving Record
  • Hydraulic and Electrical systems background is a plus.
  • Mechanical experience with cranes is a plus.
  • Own all tools needed to work with
  • Bilingual Skills (English/Spanish) is a plus
