Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Monitor and control the quality of products to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in industrial production and quality control.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment, including the use of personal protective equipment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environmental conditions.
  • Previous experience in an industrial production environment is a plus, but not required.
