Job Summary:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) Physician to serve as the Medical Director of our Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit at Physician Empire.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of board-certified clinicians, including Physical Medicine & Rehab doctors and nurses, to provide highly specialized, intensive therapy to patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement rehabilitation programs.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals to grow the rehabilitation program.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Requirements:
- Board Certification/Eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R).
- Current licensure to practice medicine in Minnesota.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
