- Participate in the SPIRE clinical advancement program to advance your career and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within one month of hire.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with moderate stress and risk of injury from patient care.
- Perioperative clinical/capstone or related experience.
- Leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This position requires prolonged standing, walking, and use of sight, hearing, and touch. You may be exposed to infectious diseases and will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
