Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Outside Sales Manager is to oversee a team of sales professionals within their designated area. This includes training, coaching, and tracking individual progress to achieve set goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist parts departments in achieving desired outside sales results.
  • Work with parts, service, and body shop managers to develop and communicate sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development and sales of new corporate product offerings.
  • Maintain communication with district management and corporate departments.
  • Develop and implement outside sales training programs.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in heavy and medium duty diesel truck parts sales.
  • 3 years of experience in outside sales.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
