Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the Outside Sales Manager is to oversee a team of sales professionals within their designated area. This includes training, coaching, and tracking individual progress to achieve set goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist parts departments in achieving desired outside sales results.
- Work with parts, service, and body shop managers to develop and communicate sales strategies.
- Assist in the development and sales of new corporate product offerings.
- Maintain communication with district management and corporate departments.
- Develop and implement outside sales training programs.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in heavy and medium duty diesel truck parts sales.
- 3 years of experience in outside sales.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
