Job SummaryWe are seeking a self-motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at Leonardo Physical Therapy, you will work with patients of varying ages with musculoskeletal dysfunction, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of treatment modalities, including MLS Class IV Laser Therapy, Graston Technique, and Orthotic Fabrication.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations of patients with musculoskeletal dysfunction
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans and goals based on patient findings
- Document physical therapy findings and progress to ensure compliance with insurance and federal regulations
- Manage patient progress throughout their physical therapy plan of care
- Accurately bill for physical therapy services rendered in a timely fashion
- Collaborate with other physical therapists and support staff to ensure optimal patient care
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Committed to ongoing professional development and continuing education
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with other staff members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
