Job SummaryUnder the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for evaluating patients, administering medications, and performing treatments as ordered by physicians. You will also supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.

Requirements- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
The pay target for this position is $39.50 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, company-paid life insurance, and 401K.
