Windsor Fashions is seeking a Seasonal Stylist to join our team. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for implementing our 4-Step Selling method to achieve personal sales goals and maintain a visually appealing store.
Key Responsibilities- Apply 4-Step selling techniques to achieve personal sales goals
- Achieve 2.0 IPC and maintain a high level of customer service
- Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain a clean and organized store
- Adhere to company dress code policy and maintain a professional appearance
The ideal candidate will be able to stand, walk, and observe for extended periods. They will also be able to move and push merchandise, count and write to accurately complete documentation, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
