Key Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work independently and in collaboration with an attending physician to provide primary care and addiction treatment to patients. Your duties will include:
- Screening patients for admission or providing sick call
- Providing primary care and addiction treatment
- Collaborating with the attending physician to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Adult or Family Practice Certification with a minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Current NYS License and Registration
- Infection Control certificate (required by NYS)
- DEA
- CPR Certification
- NPI number
- NYS Medicaid number (required by NYS to treat NYS Medicaid patients)
- Suboxone certification within the first 3 months of employment
