Key Responsibilities:

• Passion for Animals: A genuine love for dogs is essential.

• Grooming Tasks: Efficiently bathe, brush, and dry dogs while ensuring their safety.
• Health Checks: Monitor and address any health concerns, including checking anal glands and reporting abnormalities.
• Attention to Detail: Follow specific grooming instructions and ensure accurate information is communicated to both the groomer and pet owners.
• Facility Maintenance: Keep grooming areas clean, stocked, and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Customer Interaction: Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to create a positive environment.
• Adaptability: Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently is crucial.

No prior experience is required; we are willing to train the right individual. However, experience in animal care is preferred. Skills in customer service and cash handling are advantageous. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong time management abilities.
