Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our team at Farmington Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees and clients, as well as coordinating with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IT issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and user requests
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular IT audits and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Provide training and support to users on IT systems and applications
  • Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT support or coordination role
  • Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to provide friendly and effective customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
