You will collaborate with a skilled and committed team that values effective communication and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities for the LPN:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care services and health education to residents.
- Supervise the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and other support staff.
- Administer safe and precise medication interventions.
- Assess residents' health and communicate any changes to the physician.
- Implement new medical orders promptly.
- Select and apply appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
- Contribute to the assessment and development of individualized care plans.
Qualifications for the LPN:
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan.
- Current CPR certification.
