We are seeking a skilled Physician to join our team as a PRN OB Staff Call. This is a great opportunity for a medical professional to provide high-quality care to our OBGYN patients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with appropriate medical diagnostic and treatment skills.
- Recommend and participate in efforts to improve cost-effectiveness and quality of care.
- Accept patient referrals from other physicians and act as admitting, attending, and/or consulting physician as needed.
- Participate in academic programs and inpatient and outpatient consultation for specialty.
Ascension St. John Hospital is a regional referral teaching hospital with a strong commitment to providing compassionate care to our patients. We offer a range of services, including a Level I Trauma Center, Chest Pain Center, and Heart Failure Center.
Requirements- Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Michigan Board of Medicine.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
- Completion of an accredited Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program.
- BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Interest in teaching.
