Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Superintendent with All States Materials Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and direct the work of project managers, foremen, laborers, operators, and mechanics to complete assigned construction projects safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct the work of project managers, foremen, laborers, operators, and mechanics to complete assigned construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, in accordance with project plans, specifications, and company policies.
- Review timecards, invoices, delivery tickets, purchase orders, and daily reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate effectively with construction, dispatch, maintenance, and administration teams.
- Identify and resolve conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team.
- Have a working knowledge of all tasks necessary to complete the project as bid/estimated.
- Be thoroughly familiar with all project requirements and specifications/policies.
- Meet with the Construction Manager to discuss and evaluate project status.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and principles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA, company, and project safety policies.
- Ability to integrate construction coordinators into project schedules and equipment needs.
- Update personnel on schedule and operational changes and needs.
Work Conditions:
Candidates must be able to tolerate moderate to loud noise levels, long hours standing, walking, and laboring outdoors in varying weather conditions.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, talk, see, and listen. The employee must be able to push levers forward and backwards. The employee is required to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, twist, kneel, and crouch.
Position Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent, plus three to five years in a supervisory position, is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. A working knowledge of computers and the Microsoft Office suite is required. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are also necessary.

Performs work independently within the scope of established guidelines and practices. Self-starter, highly motivated individual.
