Role Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Jewelry Boutique Ambassador to join our boutique crew in Corte Madera, CA. As a Jewelry Boutique Ambassador, you will play a pivotal role in helping Cast Store Management establish the culture of Cast at retail. With a focus on warmth and hospitality first, you will be key in enabling an empowering and explorative experience for every client.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a front-line ambassador for Cast Jewelry, welcoming clients hospitably, connecting with them authentically, consulting intelligently, selling elegantly, and closing gratefully
- Develop and maintain client relationships, consistently delivering exceptional client experiences and Cast hospitality
- Proactively accomplish store policies and procedures, store and jewelry maintenance, and ongoing operational tasks

Requirements
- 3-5 years of fine jewelry or luxury goods store clienteling experience
- Passionate about welcoming customers, building long-term client relationships, and celebrating moments of joy
- Strong interpersonal skills, clear communicator, acute attention to detail, and self-motivated
- Proficiency with POS systems (ideally Shopify)
- Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds

What We Offer
- Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000
