Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients in our Inpatient Rehabilitation unit.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education throughout the care process.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality, adhering to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
  • Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compact required.
  • One-year acute or rehab experience, preferred.
