- Project Planning: Review Scopes of Work to understand project goals, target environments, and identify potential risks, hurdles, and solutions.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure high client stakeholder satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining open communication channels.
- Documentation: Document work, including upcoming and completed projects, in our PSA and Client Documentation Systems.
- Team Collaboration: Attend regular project team meetings, including daily projects huddles and weekly project status meetings.
- Technical Expertise: 3+ years of practical field experience deploying new technology, including implementation and administration of O365 and VoIP, network infrastructure upgrades, and server deployment/migration in various environments.
- Helpdesk Experience: 3-5 years of Helpdesk/Desktop Support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong creative problem-solving skills and a voracious thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Ticketing Systems: 3-5 years of experience with ticketing systems.
- Professional Certifications: Professional IT Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE (Microsoft 365 & Azure), Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or VMware VCP would be ideal, but not required.
