Be the Heart of Our Cafe

We're looking for a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries daily, maintaining high standards for flavor and quality, and performing various tasks to ensure our cafe runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet our cafe's needs.
  • Maintain our high standards for flavor, quality, and presentation.
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed.
  • Help build a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support your manager and team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • Love baking and have a passion for creating delicious treats.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
  • Be a team player who can work independently and collaboratively.
  • Have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Be committed to food safety and health safety.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
