**Job Description:**

Cragun Corporation is seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team at the Legacy Grille. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare a range of food items, including meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables, for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers.
  • Ensure the quality of products served, adhering to our standards for portion sizes, cooking methods, and presentation.
  • Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period.
  • Portion food products according to standard portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area, including tables, shelves, grills, broilers, fryers, and refrigeration equipment.
  • Prepare items for broiling, grilling, frying, sautéing, or other cooking methods by portioning, battering, breading, seasoning, and/or marinating.
  • Follow proper plate presentation and garnish setup for all dishes.
  • Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
  • Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly.
  • Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, with morning shifts preferred.
