Job Summary:

As a key member of our Kaiser Permanente team, you will provide critical care management services to our members who require inpatient and intensive outpatient care for psychiatric conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of our members.
  • Coordinate and assess services to ensure high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, discharge planners, and external agencies to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in care path development and provide in-service training to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in inpatient psychiatric settings or psychiatric emergency services.
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Psychology, or Ph.D. in Psychology required.
  • Psychologist License (California), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (California), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (California) required.
