Cashier Job Description

As a Cashier at Firehouse Subs, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your role will involve operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
