Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services.
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
- Manage store appearance and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
