About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. The Certified Patient Care Specialist will work closely with our licensed nursing staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide morning and evening care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Assist patients with mealtime, including serving and removing food trays, and helping with feeding if necessary.
  • Respond to patient call lights, anticipate patients' needs, and make regular rounds to assigned patients.
  • Report any changes observed in patients' condition or behavior, and assist licensed nursing staff with treatment procedures as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of six months experience in an acute or long-term facility.
  • Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant.
  • CPR/BCLS Certification.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Benefits
