Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the organization's service standards and quality.
- Clean, polish, and refurbish customer, pre-owned, fleet, and new vehicles.
- Utilize necessary equipment for vehicle cleaning and servicing.
- Ensure proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.
- Adhere to dealership procedures to prevent and minimize vehicle damage.
- Follow health and safety protocols, especially regarding hazardous materials.
- Accurately complete necessary forms.
- Identify and support opportunities for process improvements.
- Coordinate tasks with team members and management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising manager.
- Ensure no damage occurs to any vehicles.
Qualifications: While no prior experience is required, ideal candidates will be reliable, professional, and possess a positive attitude. Additional requirements include:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- General knowledge of various automobile types.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug test.
