Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the organization's service standards and quality.
  • Clean, polish, and refurbish customer, pre-owned, fleet, and new vehicles.
  • Utilize necessary equipment for vehicle cleaning and servicing.
  • Ensure proper functioning of all service tools and equipment.
  • Adhere to dealership procedures to prevent and minimize vehicle damage.
  • Follow health and safety protocols, especially regarding hazardous materials.
  • Accurately complete necessary forms.
  • Identify and support opportunities for process improvements.
  • Coordinate tasks with team members and management.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervising manager.
  • Ensure no damage occurs to any vehicles.

Qualifications: While no prior experience is required, ideal candidates will be reliable, professional, and possess a positive attitude. Additional requirements include:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • General knowledge of various automobile types.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug test.
