About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, developing individualized care plans, and contributing to the overall success of the healthcare team. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect for patients and families.
- Develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Contribute to the overall success of the healthcare team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree from an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- A minimum of six months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- A current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
