Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our team in Dover, New Hampshire. This is a 13-week travel assignment with 36 hours of work per week, primarily night shifts.

About the Role

This position requires a registered respiratory therapist to provide care for patients with lung diseases and breathing disorders in a hospital or outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, manage equipment, and administer treatment to help patients recover from conditions such as bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, and cystic fibrosis.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Administer oxygen therapy, medications, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Operate and maintain complex respiratory equipment, including ventilators and nebulizers
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of recent experience as a registered respiratory therapist and hold current NBRC certification. Additionally, you should possess BLS, NRP, PALS, and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association and a current state license.

Salary and Package
