Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Store Leader to manage the daily operations of our retail store in Barnesville, GA.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in retail store management and possess excellent leadership skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, monitoring inventory and expenses, managing personnel, and controlling operating costs.

Additionally, you will direct the work of technicians and mechanics to ensure timely and safe completion of high-quality vehicle repair and maintenance.

In this role, you will also communicate directly with customers, assess their needs, provide information regarding requested and/or necessary automotive repairs and maintenance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Your compensation package will include a competitive weekly pay of approximately $55,000 per year, including weekly incentive compensation, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, paid vacations, paid time off, paid holidays, life insurance, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
