Job Summary

Sysco is seeking a reliable and skilled CDL A Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. As a CDL A Delivery Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a tractor-trailer and manually unloading/delivering various products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. You will build relationships with each customer using your positive and friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet their needs and expectations.

Requirements
  • 21+ years of age
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Touch freight - may need to lift, push, or move product weighing an average of 40-60 pounds and as much as 100 pounds repeatedly
  • Flexibility - overtime as required, weekends, and holidays as business needs require

Preferred Requirements
  • 1 year customer delivery experience
  • 6 months hand cart/hand truck experience
  • 6 months Food and Beverage experience
  • 2 years consistent work history
