Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a range of medical conditions, including pediatric and adult patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patient response and progress
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state in which you practice
- Current Health Certificate, as required by facility or state regulation
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, as required by facility or state regulation
- Current BLS card
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience, preferred
