- Utilize various tools and machinery, including hand tools and hydraulic presses, to complete assembly tasks.
- Meet production cycle times to facilitate smooth transitions to subsequent assembly stages.
- Identify and report any quality issues during the assembly process.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in production or assembly is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, typically 8 to 10 hours.
Work Schedule:
This position operates on a 1st Shift schedule, working Monday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with mandatory overtime every other Friday.
Compensation:
The hourly wage ranges from $16.00 to $18.50, depending on experience.
