Plant Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Controller to lead our Weyauwega plant's financial operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to Plant Management, overseeing period close, and building profitability files for capex projects.

• Lead the plant office administrative team
• Provide standard production analysis/reports and other analysis/reports to Plant Management as requested
• Oversee period close including journal entries, reconciliations and inventory tie-outs (raw materials, finished goods, supplies)
• Build and maintain profitability file for capex projects
• Validate the execution and savings calculations of Global Strategies Sourcing (GSS) projects
• Participate in the process to downgrade product and assign proper value
• Prepare annual budget for the plant working with Plant Operations Management team
• Provide monthly and YTD results analysis

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• Minimum five (5) years of general professional business experience required
• Minimum three (3) years of related experience within food processing preferred
• Experience with SAP and Business Intelligence system preferred
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
