Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Assist with mobility issues, helping residents get in and out of bed, wheelchair, etc.
  • Help with personal hygiene, including brushing teeth, toileting, and bathing
  • Assist with daily activities based on the resident's limitations and needs
