About the Role

In this position, you will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to design, develop, and test software solutions for the F35 maintenance systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of software developers to design, develop, and test software solutions for the F35 maintenance systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our software meets the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement software development processes and methodologies to ensure efficient and effective software delivery.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering software solutions on time.
  • Strong technical skills in software development, including experience with Atlassian tool suite, Confluence, and Jira.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with F35 maintenance systems or comparable.
  • Knowledge of SixSigma process improvement and Cost Account Management (CAM) at project/team level finance.
  • Familiarity with engineering metrics, including deriving, interpreting, and forecasting to bring value to the team.

Estimated Salary

$140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location

This position is located in Fort Worth, TX or Orlando, FL, with the option to work remotely part-time.

Security Clearance

This position requires a government security clearance, and the selected candidate must be a US Citizen.
