Merchandising Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing various brands across multiple retail locations, executing merchandising activities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom of stores to ensure product availability on the floor.
• Front face products to maintain visually appealing displays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Install and place promotional materials, such as signage and displays, to promote client products.
• Reset displays and product areas based on client needs, including full remodels and product rearrangements.
• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within our field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success and represent our company in retail stores.

Requirements

• Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
• Ability to work independently in stores while building relationships with store associates and managers.
• Effective communication skills to interact with store associates, managers, and our merchandising team nationwide.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete work within provided timeframes.
