Tier One Property Services, L.L.C. (TOPS) is a prominent provider of facility management solutions, focusing on commercial cleaning, property upkeep, and specialized maintenance services throughout the United States. We are currently in search of a meticulous individual to fill the role of Evening Facility Cleaner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, including offices, meeting rooms, break areas, and restrooms.
  • Execute cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying waste bins, dusting, replenishing supplies, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Work approximately 4 hours each night, Monday through Friday, commencing after 6 pm.

This role reports directly to the Area Manager and offers a part-time schedule during the evening shift. Please note that relocation assistance is not available, and travel is not required.
