We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at North Tampa Behavioral Health. As a key member of our outpatient mental health team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality clinical services to individuals and families struggling with behavioral health disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, to promote positive behavioral change and improve overall well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes, adhering to facility and professional standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in the field of behavioral health.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience working with comparable patient populations.
- Requisite state or national licensure for professional therapy providers or eligibility for state licensure.
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification.
