**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant. In this role, you will provide personal care and support to our clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship. You will also assist with ambulation, transferring, and range of motion exercises, and provide medication reminders and document client condition.

**Key Responsibilities:**
