  • Ensuring operational readiness and infrastructure for the crisis department.
  • Managing the scheduling of crisis department activities.
  • Coordinating with fleet and facilities teams.
  • Auditing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Providing clinical oversight to Behavioral Health Technicians as needed for licensed clinicians.
  • Assisting management with various tasks as required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED with at least 1.5 years of behavioral health experience, or
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) with relevant experience.
  • A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) or application for one within 7 working days of employment.
  • A valid Arizona driver’s license, at least 21 years old, with a minimum of 4 years of driving experience, adhering to Terros Health's driving policy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with individuals and groups.
  • Ability to perform the physical duties associated with this role.
  • Successful completion of background checks, TB tests, and other pre-employment screenings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in crisis counseling is highly desirable.
  • A master’s degree or higher in behavioral health (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) and Arizona BH licensure (e.g., licensed social worker, licensed counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Substance Abuse, Mental Health, or crisis management.

This position is vital to our mission of providing exceptional care and support to those in crisis.
