Providence Portland Medical Center is seeking an Operating Room Manager to oversee the management and leadership of surgical services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring clinical and operational activities align with organizational values.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units within Nursing Services.
  • Ensure all clinical and operational activities of the units are in accordance with Providence mission, vision, and values.
  • Accountable for the overall management and leadership of a unit or group of patient care units.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Must have recent first-line management experience.
  • 3 years of Clinical experience.

 

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $58.85-$94.73 per hour, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Additionally, we offer relocation assistance for external caregivers.
