We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medsurg team on the 3rd floor. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients on the Medsurg unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current California Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
- 1 year of nursing experience
