As a member of our trial team, you will handle a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial. We are looking for an attorney with exceptional knowledge of civil procedure, evidence, and trial procedures. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and be well organized, detail oriented, and able to independently manage a busy time-sensitive caseload. This is a hybrid role, requiring hours in the office and virtually. The selected candidate will be based in Jericho, NY, and will be part of an active and busy civil trial practice. We offer a congenial, team-oriented, and professional work environment with skilled support staff. The successful candidate will have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, be an active member of the New York state bar, and have 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience. They will also have experience working in a paperless environment, directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling, and strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation. The potential salary range is $125,625.00-$160,000, with a potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary.
